About MeM Interviews:
Interviews at NU are conducted to maintain fairness and equality. To also get to know the applicants better and make the right choice, the following are some interview transcripts to help future applicants prepare for the admission procedure:
Typical Interview Method:
- Invitation to Interview: Those who are eligible for the programme and submit a compelling application may receive an invitation to interview.
- Interview Format: The interview might take place over the phone, in person, or by a combination of the two. A normal interview lasts between thirty and forty-five minutes.
- Interview Panel: Current MEM students, faculty members, and one or two members of the admissions committee may make up the interview panel.
- Interview Questions: During the interview, the applicant’s educational background, work history, aspirations for their career, and reasons for wanting to pursue a MEM degree will all be covered. Inquiries concerning the candidate’s capacity for leadership, aptitude for solving problems, and communication skills may also be made during the interview.

Northwestern MeM Interview Experience-1
“I just had a conversation with the interviewer. I was asked to go over my résumé during the interview and she asked why questions. We worked on my profile for twenty to twenty-five minutes, and we asked him questions regarding the programme for the final part of the interview. I can recall the following sequence in which the interview questions were asked:”
