Every year, we work with limited number of client and we carefully select our clients. Client selection is primarily based on a detailed profile evaluation, GMAT score and mutual understanding of colleges being targeted.
If for some reasons, we believe that we may not be able to help an aspirant, we may have to politely decline to onboard the aspirant as a client. Please accept our sincere apologies in advance.

Refund – 50% for FT top 30 Schools, 100% for all other schools.
For Application prep, our desired outcome is an interview invite. We refund if our clients do not get an interview Invite.
For refund claims, we request the official rejection Email or the verification from the application portal.
We start with couple of 1-2 hours of brain storming. We use this time to understand your professional and personal experiences which can be crafted into outstanding stories. We utilize the brainstorming call to discuss the specific content for each essay for the chosen school. After we agree on a plan of action, the applicant will start drafting the essays.
In the initial rounds, we focus on the building blocks – strategy, structure, positioning, consistency. Be prepared to have your original draft ripped apart (remember that we are in this together) and tons of suggestions that you can incorporate in the essays before you send back the updated draft. We leave the final round for polishing.
Recommendations are one of the most critical parts of a well rounded application. Along with the essays we will start working on the recommendations and guide you on whom to choose as your recommenders. We wait till 2 drafts of the essays have been completed before initiating the recommendation reviews. This is to ensure that the content is aligned across your application.
Resume is the last and final piece of your application. We will start the resume review process in parallel with the essay reviews and make sure all the content on your resume is aligned with the achievement we are highlighting in the application stories. We will work together to make sure everything fits in and portrays one awesome personality.
Once your essays, resume and recommendations are ready, we will submit your application and request you to send us the final PDF of your entire application. If you get an interview invite from the B-school we will keep the payment for consulting services rendered or else we will issue a refund as agreed upon.
A typical interview prep would include 1 call for brainstorming to help you craft your answer to most common questions. 2 calls for mock interviews of 60 mins each followed by feedback sessions. If you get a final call from the school we will keep the payment or else you will get a 100% refund on your interview Prep fees.
No!! We just have confidence in our capabilities and belief that our high fees should be linked to results delivered.
All candidates write their own essays based on the discussion held during brain storming sessions. We will only edit and polish your essays. We work together to ensure that you put in the strongest application. But it has to be your work, your stories, your goals.
There are no fixed number of hours. Since we only get paid when you get selected, we will go all the extra miles needed to get you selected.
In order to ensure that we are working only with candidates who are serious about their MBA applications, we have decided to refund only 50% of service charges for FT Top 20 Schools,
To ensure the quality and our commitment to you, we would have to ask you to work exclusive with us for a particular application. If you do decide to hire multiple consultant for same application and submit their work instead of ours, we would have to charge you full amount for the consulting services rendered.
After initial brainstorming sessions, if you do decide to stop working with us or not submit your application then we would have to charge you for the hours spent on the application. Hourly rate $150 for the consulting services rendered.
During the consulting process both “client” and “consultant” will work together on the content and hence we be regarded as joint owners of the content created. During the consultation process we will share successful sample essays from our previous clients and going forward we may share your content with our future clients.
