Successful applicants who have the right of abode in Hong Kong or have resided in Hong Kong continuously for three complete years immediately prior to the commencement of their year of study may apply for the Government’s Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS) from the Government Student Finance Office. The scheme offers loan up to the full program fee. Loans awarded are not means-tested. Some programs/courses have been included in the list of reimbursable courses for the Continuing Education Fund (CEF). Students may refer to the program website for the list of programs/courses. Eligible applicants who are Hong Kong citizens and are eligible for CEF may be reimbursed with a maximum sum of HK$25,000 upon successful completion of the entire program with an overall attendance rate of over 70%.
