The HKUST Engineering Enterprise Management (EEM) Program is a one-year full-time Master of Science (MSc) program that is designed to prepare engineers and scientists for careers in management. The program combines a rigorous engineering curriculum with a strong focus on business and management principles.

The EEM program is divided into two parts: the core curriculum and the elective courses. The core curriculum covers essential topics such as engineering economics, project management, and financial management. The elective courses allow students to specialize in areas such as operations management, supply chain management, and marketing management.

In addition to the coursework, the EEM program also includes a capstone project. The capstone project is a real-world problem-solving project that students work on with a team of classmates under the guidance of a faculty member. The capstone project gives students the opportunity to apply what they have learned in the classroom to real-world problems.
