Specializations & Electives Offered

The course comprises 11 core modules and two elective modules. This enables the students to tailor the course to suit their personal career plans.

The ‘Effective Cross-Cultural Management module’ and ‘Consultancy Skills module’ take place in Granada, Spain, and provide the opportunity for you to fully immerse yourself in Spanish culture while obtaining theoretical knowledge about cross-cultural management.

The culmination of the learning process is your opportunity to undertake an individual thesis project that is in-company or Cranfield-led. The topics covered in this three-month internship project cover a broad range of areas. 

Course Delivery

The MiM program is delivered through a combination of taught modules and a thesis project. The taught modules account for 60% of the program, and the thesis project accounts for 40%. The thesis project can be undertaken in-company or at Cranfield.

Thesis Project

The thesis project is a capstone project that allows students to apply the knowledge and skills they have learned throughout the program to a real-world business problem. The thesis project can be on any topic related to management, and it is typically supervised by a Cranfield faculty member.
