Get a more detailed look at international application requirements on our international students page.
When completing the online application, you should upload unofficial transcripts from all academic institutions attended.
If you are admitted to UCLA, you must submit official academic records from all academic institutions attended. These are defined as original documents issued by the institution — not photocopies — which bear the registrar’s signature and the seal of the issuing institution.
Instructions and deadlines for submission are included with official offers of admission. New graduate students should submit official records in the original language with a complete, authorized English translation.
If you have attended more than one institution, each one should submit separate official records.
Please note submitted records become the university’s property, and we cannot return them to you. If your academic record cannot be replaced, keep the original for yourself and obtain a certified copy. Never send a document to UCLA that cannot be replaced.
If you are ready to earn your online Master of Science in Engineering with Certificate of Specialization in Engineering Management (MSOL: ENGR MGMT), you have two opportunities each year to apply: fall and spring.
