However, to create impactful and user-centric financial products, I need to build on this foundation with a more strategic and holistic understanding of product development, market needs, and customer behavior.

As a Product Manager, I will leverage my technical expertise to bridge the gap between engineering and business, ensuring that the products we develop not only solve complex financial problems but also provide an exceptional user experience. During my tenure as a Steering Committee Member for **Kshitij 2022** at IIT Kharagpur, I faced a significant challenge that required me to utilize inclusive leadership skills. Our team, responsible for organizing India’s largest techno-management fest, was composed of members from diverse backgrounds with varying perspectives and approaches. This diversity, while a strength, led to conflicts and communication gaps, particularly during the transition to a virtual format amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Recognizing the need for inclusive leadership, I took proactive steps to manage intercultural dialogue and create an inclusive environment. I initiated regular team-building sessions where members could openly discuss their concerns and ideas.
