Stockholm MIM Interview Experience-1

I received prior notification of the initial interview, allowing me ample time to prepare for it. The initial panel consisted of a manager and an assistant who actively participated.
 
The interrogators posed inquiries that were logical in nature, yet on certain occasions, they perceived a need for me to provide additional information and respectfully requested that I expound upon my responses.
 
I received notification of my unsuccessful application for the position, conveyed to me via telephone subsequent to the interview, accompanied by constructive feedback. The recruiter expressed dissatisfaction with the job’s initial title, deeming it to be misleading.
 
Consequently, they opted to rebrand the position as “administrative assistant” and extended an invitation for a subsequent interview, featuring a different panel of interviewers, despite having previously declined my application.
 
The second interview was arranged with insufficient notice, less than 24 hours in advance, and it was characterised by unfavourable outcomes. The interviewers failed to provide any additional details regarding the purportedly “new” role, and during the interview, they expressed their perception that I had misconstrued the nature of the role. Subsequently, I encountered an additional instance of phone rejection.
