Introduction to Luiss Business School Master in International Management
The Master’s Degree Programme in International Management (MIM) is a unique programme aimed at young graduates motivated to become global managers. It combines theory and practice, bridges academia and industry, and integrates hard and soft skills. The MIM Programme blends traditional courses with learning labs to promote critical thinking and push students to think systematically about culturally and intellectually demanding tasks.
This programme exposes students to top academic executives to develop the business skills required to operate in international contexts. Students will learn through interactive lectures, live case discussions, field projects and group work, thus acquiring the tools and techniques necessary to build the skill set required for international management challenges.
The Programme is held in Rome, at the Luiss Business School.

The Master in International Management is a one-year Master of Science equivalent to “Master Universitario di I livello” in accordance with the Italian university system. It provides students with at least 65 ECTS – European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System. At the end of the Programme, the Master’s Diploma “Master Universitario di I livello” will be conferred to participants who have passed exams or others assessment tests envisaged in the study program.

Eligibility Criteria for Luiss Business School Master in International Management
Candidate should have Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
International degrees and qualifications will have to go through an assessment by the Admission Office, who will evaluate if they are eligible for the admission to the academic programme, according to the Italian academic system.
In this regard, please be informed that:
- A Master Universitario di I livello is a second cycle qualification/EQF level 7, which can be accessed with a Laurea, a Laurea Vecchio Ordinamento, or a comparable foreign qualification;
- A Master Universitario di II livello is a third cycle qualification/ EQF level 8, which can be accessed with a Laurea Magistrale, a Laurea Vecchio Ordinamento, or a comparable foreign qualification.
The eligibility of a foreign degree for the access to a specific Master offered by Luiss Business School falls within its competence as a Higher Education Institution which receives the request for its recognition, according to Art. 2 and 3 of Law 148/02. The School will evaluate the qualification under its own autonomy, except for specific bilateral agreements. Assessment criteria and the necessary documentation for the evaluation will be established by the School.

Luiss Business School offers deserving candidates up to 3 partial scholarships (covering up to 20% of the tuition fee). The scholarships will be granted based on merit. All enrolled candidates will be considered.

What are the admission requirements?
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, a strong academic record, and proficiency in English. GMAT or GRE scores are not required, but may be submitted as optional supporting materials.
What is the program format?
The MIM program is a full-time program that runs for one year. The program is divided into three terms:
