  • Fees in each subsequent year of study (where applicable) will be subject to an annual increase of 2%.

Eligibility Criteria : Management MSc at BBS

The eligibility criteria for this program include the requirement of a UK upper second-class degree or its equivalent from an overseas institution.

Prior study in business, management, or finance is not obligatory. It’s worth noting that the program primarily targets recent graduates with limited work experience.

If an applicant possesses more than three years of full-time work experience, they are encouraged to consider applying for the MBA program instead.

Interview

Candidates chosen by the Admissions Panel may receive invitations for an online interview. All selected applicants will receive comprehensive instructions following the initial evaluation of their applications by the Admissions Panel.

It is strongly recommended that applicants provide their personal email addresses during the application process to ensure they do not miss important information or interview deadlines communicated by the Admissions Team.

GMAT

While the GMAT is not mandatory for initial application, it may be requested as a condition of admission offer at the discretion of the Admissions Panel.

English Language Requirements

If an applicant has been studying in the UK for the past three years, the likelihood of needing to take an English language test is low.

If an applicant has studied in the UK at the degree level for less than three years (e.g., 3+1, 2+1, 2+2, etc.), they will be required to provide the results of an approved English language test and may be asked to retake the test to meet the academic entry requirements.

FAQs About Management MSc at BBS

Each MSc course is worth between 180 – 190 CATS credits. Each UK credit equals 0.5 of an ECTS credit, so 180 CATS = 90 ECTS.

The MSc program has a single intake each year in September, except for the ‘fast track exemptions route’ Insurance and Risk Management course which has a January intake.

GMAT is recommended for applications to all finance-related courses, particularly if it is evident from the applicant’s degree that they have had little exposure to quantitative or finance-related modules. GMAT is also recommended for the MSc Management.

Applicants can apply without a GMAT score report, but they may be asked to sit the GMAT as a condition of their offer. This will be at the discretion of the Admissions Panel and applies to all courses.
