To complete any of the IQS Master’s Degree, a B2 level in English is required, except for the Master in Global Entrepreneurial Management, which requires a TOEFL Score of 80 (Internet Based Score) or the equivalent in IELTS or TOEIC.
You must provide an accreditation document confirming the English level at the time of pre-registration.
If you do not have any official language certificate, you can take the IQS level test, which will take place in our facilities on 28 June and 5 September at 9:00 am. To take the test, please inform the IQS General Secretariat on the day you choose to do the test.
If you are already a student at IQS, you do not need to submit this language certificate.

The program is developed jointly through the three participating Universities: the IQS School of Management, Universitat Ramon Llull (Barcelona, Spain); the Loyola Marymount University (Los Angeles, USA); and Fu Jen Catholic University (Taipei, Taiwan). All three institutions fall within the top 12% of business schools accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (www.aacsb.edu).
The Master in Global Entrepreneurial Management (MGEM) is a highly innovative program that recruits students from a wide range of countries including Spain, Italy, Ireland, Germany, France, Russia, USA, Taiwan, China, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Kuwait, Iran, Lebanon, Venezuela, Argentina and Mexico. The program allows students to gain practical learning experience during an itinerary that passes through Barcelona, Taipei, and Los Angeles.
The program employs a methodology based on analyzing numerous case studies and conducting projects in mixed teams. Throughout the program, the students also manage consulting projects in conjunction with businesses that operate in global markets.
Upon completing the program, graduates obtain the official Master’s Degree from all three institutions. The Master’s has a duration of 12 intensive months and requires full-time dedication.
The curriculum of the Master in Global Entrepreneurial Management is structured in three sequential modules across the three universities. Each module consists of four subjects, in addition to the consulting projects and the final Master’s Thesis, in the form of a business plan.
The MGEM takes place in three universities, on three different continents. That way you will be in each country for four months:
From September to December, you’ll be in Barcelona, Spain (IQS School of Management)
From January to April, you’ll be in Taipei, Taiwan (Fu Jen Catholic University)
From May to August you’ll be in Los Angeles, USA (Loyola Marymount University).

The prerequisites for admission to the Master in Global Entrepreneurial Management (MGEM) program vary depending on the university. However, all three universities (IQS, FJU, and LMU) require applicants to have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, a strong academic record, and a demonstrated interest in global business and entrepreneurship.
The MGEM program is a full-time, one-year program. Students spend one semester at each of the three partner universities: IQS in Barcelona, Spain; Fu Jen University in Taipei, Taiwan; and Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.
The MGEM program is unique in its focus on global entrepreneurship. Students in the MGEM program develop the skills and knowledge they need to start and grow their own businesses, or to lead innovation within existing organizations.
Studying at three different universities gives students the opportunity to learn from world-class faculty and gain valuable experience in different business cultures. Students also have the opportunity to build a global network of classmates, faculty, and alumni.
The language of instruction for the MGEM program is English.
