Warwick Interview Questions

Whilst the majority of interview questions are designed to test your motivation and suitability for the role, other questions test your ability to think on your feet and are more likely to throw you. Interviewers are interested in how you answer these questions as much as the answer itself; Careers Coach, Donna Walker shares her advice on how to combat these killer questions.

Anticipating what questions you might be asked in advance will allow you to prepare and help you to be more confident in the interview. When answering questions use a framework to structure your reply, for example CARE (Context, Action, Result, Evaluation), as this will ensure you include important elements in your answer and prevent you from giving a long, unfocussed response.

The interview would be very chilled out and the questions would be asked on your leadership skills and some scenarios related to this skill, then they would ask about your current company and the work profile and of course why WBS and Why MBA. The interviewer would be someone outside of the admission team, so you can use your essays in your interviews.

Warwick MBA Interview Questions – 7

I was interviewed at the College. My Interview was conducted onNov 1, 17
The Ultimate Decision: Matriculating

My interview was held at Warwick, and it was with a member of the admissions staff.
I think the interview should be broken up into two sections.

The first one is: The question that is easiest to answer is “”Walk me through your resume.”” Other common questions include “”Why an MBA? Why Warwick? Why Now?”” What are some of your short, medium, and long-term objectives?

The second one is rather strange and, from my perspective, a good deal more challenging. What is 99 plus two? What is the name of the international airport that is located in the most immediate proximity to your city? In this moment, how many wheels are there altogether? After that, an example from real life. The provided me with some information regarding a company that is comparable to Netflix. This company was facing certain financial and strategic challenges; what action steps would you recommend taking in order to help the situation? (they allowed me five minutes to think about what they had said). Then…he questioned me on inflation, and he also requested that I update him on the most recent economic news that I had recently read.

During this portion of the interview, I believe they want to gauge whether or not you have the aptitude and ingenuity to perform well under pressure and in unusual circumstances.

And when we were done, he asked me to fill him in on everything I know about the IMBA program, including the three main phases, how long each one is, etc…

To summarize, I wouldn’t exactly call it a walk in the park, in point of fact, I would argue that this is one of the most difficult interviews that I have ever observed.

It is strongly suggested that you get ready for it!
I wish everyone the best of luck!
