The MSEM program is a professional master’s degree designed for engineers who want to advance their careers into management positions. The program combines technical expertise with business acumen to prepare graduates for leadership roles in a variety of engineering industries.
The MSEM program is ideal for engineers with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field who are seeking to move into management or supervisory roles. The program is also a good option for working professionals who want to advance their careers without having to leave their jobs.

Graduates of the MSEM program are well-prepared for a variety of leadership roles in engineering and technology industries. They may work as project managers, engineering managers, operations managers, or product development managers. The median salary for engineering managers is $120,280 per year, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
