Eligibility Criteria for MeM at Swansea

Students must attain a minimum of a 2:2 (or overseas equivalent) in an undergraduate degree. Any degree subject will be considered.

We welcome applications by prospective students from around the world and look for evidence of previous study that is equivalent to the entry requirements stated above. The Postgraduate Admissions Office are happy to advise you on whether your qualifications are suitable for entry to the course you would like to study. The MSc EngM program is ideal for engineers with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field who are seeking to advance their careers into management or supervisory roles. The program is also a good option for working professionals who want to advance their careers without having to leave their jobs.

The MSc EngM program consists of 120 credits of coursework, including core courses in engineering management, business fundamentals, and leadership. Students also have the option to choose electives in a variety of specialized areas, such as project management, quality management, and engineering design.

Application Process & timeline
