Long Answer – There is no such thing as a safe score, higher is always better. In our years of consulting experience, we have seen our clients with 640 getting selected into top schools like MIT SLOAN and on the other hand, someone with a 770 getting rejected too. A good benchmark that we advise all our clients to beat is the average GMAT score of the last entering class as mentioned in the Class profile published every year. Imagine that you are at the MS in Business Analytics Orientation. Please introduce yourself to your new classmates and faculty members and include any personal and/or professional aspects that you believe to be significant. The video introduction should be one minute or less.
The admission to McCombs MSBA program requires the submission of Three letters of recommendation out of which two should be written by their faculty.

No. The Texas McCombs MS programs are offered on a full-time, in-person-only basis and the same applies for Mccombs MSBA program as well.
Mccombs MSBA does not admit/deny solely based on test scores since they are looking for overall exceptional applications, including high grades, strong professional development, high test scores and communication skills. The faculty committee is concerned when GRE/GMAT scores are below the 50th percentile for MSM, MSITM, and MSF (verbal or quantitative) and below the 60th percentile for MSBA, or TOEFL scores are below 100 (IELTS below 7).
Mccombs MSBA admission committee cannot waive the GRE/GMAT/TOEFL requirement for applicants with work experience or advanced degrees. These scores are an important part of the Mccombs MSBA application evaluation.
Yes, you can apply to two MS Programs (MSBA, MSF, MSM, MSITM). You will be required to submit another application to the additional program(s) besides Mccombs MSBA; however, you will only be required to submit one application fee.
