The fee structure at Kogod School of Business encompasses a range of costs to support students’ educational experience and access to various services. For AU undergraduate students participating in non-AU study abroad programs via a Permit to Study Abroad, the Non-AU Study Abroad Fee is $2,000 for fall or spring semesters and $1,000 for the summer term.
Housing and meal plans are important components of campus life. Housing charges vary depending on the residence hall, room type, and capacity. Hughes, Leonard, McDowell, and Roper Halls offer single, double, and triple rooms at varying costs, while Anderson and Letts Halls provide similar options. Cassell Hall and Nebraska Hall offer single and double rooms, while Centennial Hall and East Campus Halls provide both single and double room choices. Frequency Apartments offer various studio and one-bedroom options.
Meal plans, available in different formats, offer flexibility to students based on their needs. Options include the Block Plan with Eagle Bucks and Dining Dollars, with varying costs depending on the plan chosen.
Kogod School also includes a range of fees covering services and resources that enhance the academic and campus experience. These fees encompass technology, sports center, and metro passes for students. The Student Health Insurance Fee offers options for different durations.

MSBA graduates earn significantly more than they would without their degree—and receive higher earnings throughout their careers.
At Kogod, the average salary among 2022 full-time MSBA graduates who accepted jobs and reported salaries was more than $105,000. According to GMAT, this is $10,000 more annually than what the same employers paid new hires without the degree in 2022.
Most 2022 graduates also received job offers within three months of graduation, opportunities largely facilitated through school events like career fairs, mock interviews, and networking panels.
In addition to meeting the minimum university requirements for graduate study, applicants must have earned an undergraduate bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a satisfactory grade point average.
Applicants are not required to have completed an undergraduate degree in a field related to the MS in analytics program. Applicants currently in an undergraduate program are eligible to apply, though an undergraduate degree must be conferred prior to matriculation to the Kogod graduate program.
Applicants whose first language is not English must have a satisfactory score on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), or Duolingo.

Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loan: Graduate students can benefit from the Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loan program. Repayment begins six months after graduation or when the student drops below half-time enrollment.
Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loans: For students who require additional financial assistance beyond what is offered by the Federal Direct Loan program, the Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan program is available. This program allows students to borrow additional funds to cover educational expenses.

To qualify for federal aid, graduate students must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, enrolled in an eligible degree-granting academic program, and enrolled at least half-time each semester (5 credits in the fall/spring and 2 credits in the summer). Graduate students may borrow up to $20,500 every two semesters through the Federal Direct (Stafford) Loan program.
